Matured in small pedunculate oak barrels, this cognac is a blend of various eaux de vie that are stored in the Logis d’Angeac’s 7 cellars (some of which are warm, while others are dry). A spirit of great finesse, it is characterised by sweet spicy notes.
Style: Precise Nose: Apples, caramelised sugar. Palate: Almonds, fruit. Finish: White-fleshed fruit.
