A dark ruby coloured wine, with purple reflection, intense and clear. The wine has spicy notes of cherries, blackcurrants and green peppers. The wine is round and pleasing wine with a fine aromatic persistence and a good structure. Ideally served with red meat, roasts, cold meats, salad and some types of cheese.
