The special characteristics of this LBV are its richness, depth of flavor and powerful, attractive bouquet. In order to retain as much character and depth as possible, it has been bottled in the same way as a Vintage Port, without any stabilization. Maynards Lbv Port is a ripe and fruity wine, packed with black currant fruits, black cherries and ripe dark plums. It’s a very well balanced wine due to its acidity and its concentrated tannins.
