Barbaresco is the wine that best represents the identity of the Gaja family, produced by every generation
since 1859.
14 vineyards situated in the municipality of Barbaresco. The land, at a height between 250 and 330m above sea level, covers a surface of 21.4 hectares. The plants are 40 years old on average.
Each lot is aged in oak for 12 months before blending, followed by an additional 12 months of aging in oak.
Serve in Nebbiolo/Pinot Noir glasses at a serving temperature between 16° – 18°C
