Pairing: red mullet, squid, Tielle tart...this chardonnay will stand up to all of it and will also do a 36-month Comté cheese proud! Tip: a white wine that can “pull it off” right through lunch: refreshing served as an appetizer and full-bodied enough to pair with a dish of character. Keeps well for 3 years.
