A rich and expressive red wine from Salento, Puglia, made from 100% Negroamaro, one of the region’s most characteristic grape varieties. The vineyards are around 15 years old and planted on clay-limestone soils, with the warm Mediterranean climate giving the wine its ripe fruit character and generous structure.

Produced by Tagaro, a Puglian winery rooted in the Salento tradition, Sei Caselle is crafted to express the depth and warmth of the region. The grapes undergo a 48-hour cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by fermentation with extended skin contact and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged in French oak for 4 months, followed by 3 months in bottle, adding subtle spice and vanilla complexity.

Deep ruby red with garnet highlights, it offers aromas of ripe red and black fruits, sweet spices and delicate vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied, soft and rounded, with velvety tannins, balanced freshness and a long, pleasantly smooth finish.
