Wine made from old Garnacha bush vines, some of them over a hundred years old. Grown in the Alto
Najerilla region, specifically within the triangle formed by Badarán, Cordovín, and Cárdenas. Clay soils rich in iron, with veins of limestone and flint, and a surface scattered with rounded stones.
Destemmed without crushing, followed by cold prefermentation maceration for 5 days. Alcoholic fermentation
lasted 10 days under controlled temperature. Aged for one year in a combination of 225L French oak
barrels, 2,500L French oak foudres, and concrete eggshaped tanks
Serving temperature: 14-16°C in a Syrah/Shiraz glass.
