A fresh and elegant Italian rosé made from 100% Pinot Grigio, this wine comes from the Veneto region in northeastern Italy, where the influence of the Adriatic Sea and the protection of the Alps create ideal conditions for slow, balanced grape ripening.

Botter, founded in 1928 near Venice, combines traditional Italian winemaking with modern techniques. For this Rosato, the must remains in contact with the grape skins for around 12 hours at controlled temperature, giving the wine its delicate pink colour. It then undergoes fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at 16–18°C, preserving its freshness and floral aromas.

Light, dry and beautifully balanced, it shows a delicate floral character with hints of rose, a smooth palate and refreshing finish. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish, seafood, white meats and fresh vegetables.

Serving: at 8–10°C in a Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc glass.
