A lively and elegant Italian Prosecco made from 100% Glera grapes, grown in the hills of Veneto, northeastern Italy. The region benefits from a temperate climate, Alpine protection and day-to-night temperature variations that help the grapes ripen slowly while preserving their freshness and delicate aromas.

Produced by Botter, a historic Venetian winery founded in 1928, this Prosecco combines traditional winemaking with modern technology. The grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The sparkling character is then created using the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a second fermentation in pressurized stainless-steel tanks.

Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage, it offers delicate aromas of pear, green apple and acacia flowers. Fresh, smooth and well-balanced, with a pleasantly dry Extra Dry finish.

Perfect as an aperitif or alongside seafood and vegetable appetizers, soups, risottos and light fish dishes.
