A fresh and lively Italian sparkling wine from Veneto, a region shaped by the meeting of Alpine breezes and the Adriatic Sea. The mild climate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for producing wines with freshness, elegance and vibrant fruit character.

Produced by Botter, a historic Venetian winery with roots dating back to 1928, this Cuvée is made from carefully selected white grapes, with Glera as the main variety. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The sparkling character is created using the Martinotti-Charmat method, with a second fermentation in pressurised tanks to preserve the wine's fresh, fruity aromas and delicate bubbles.

Pale straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage, it offers inviting aromas of green apple, pear and delicate white flowers. Fresh, fruity and pleasantly soft on the palate, with a balanced acidity and an elegant Extra Dry finish.

Perfect as an aperitif and ideal with light appetizers, seafood, fish dishes and fresh cheeses.
