Crafted from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes grown in the sun-drenched vineyards of Southern France. The grapes are harvested during the cool hours of the morning to preserve their freshness and aromatic purity. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation, primarily in stainless steel tanks, with a portion aged on fine lees to enhance texture and complexity while maintaining the wine's vibrant fruit character and elegance.

The nose is expressive and elegant, revealing aromas of citrus, white peach, ripe pear and tropical fruit, complemented by delicate notes of white flowers and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh and rounded, offering a silky texture, vibrant acidity and a long, harmonious finish with subtle mineral nuances.
