A rich and elegant Pinot Gris from Maison Klipfel, a family-owned Alsace winery with six generations of winemaking heritage and 30 hectares of vineyards in Barr, Alsace.
This expressive Pinot Gris offers inviting aromas of yellow fruit, peach, apricot and subtle almond, with a smooth, fresh palate and a delicate hint of sweetness. Its versatility makes it an excellent match for fish with creamy sauces, poultry, charcuterie and mature cheeses.
Serving temperature: 8–10°C in a Riesling/Sauvignon Blanc glass.
