A fresh and elegant white Burgundy from Maison Moillard, a historic Burgundian wine house based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Petit Chablis comes from the northern Burgundy region of Chablis, where Chardonnay thrives in a cool climate and distinctive limestone-rich soils.
Moillard Petit Chablis is crisp, lively and refreshing, with aromas of citrus, green apple and white flowers, complemented by a delicate mineral character and clean, dry finish. An excellent choice with oysters, seafood, shellfish, sushi, grilled fish and fresh goat’s cheese.
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
