A refined white Burgundy from Maison Moillard, a historic Burgundian wine house founded in 1850 and based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Moillard produces wines from across Burgundy, showcasing the distinctive character of the region’s diverse terroirs.
Made from Chardonnay in the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé appellation of the Mâconnais, this elegant wine is expressive and beautifully balanced, with aromas of citrus, white peach, almond and subtle floral notes. The palate is rich and rounded, supported by refreshing acidity and a delicate mineral finish.
An excellent choice with seafood and shellfish, grilled or creamy fish dishes, poultry, goat’s cheese and sushi.
Serving temperature: 11–13°C.
