The Petit Guiraud is the second wine of the famed Chateau Guiraud. This modern Sauternes is made from selected plots of grapes partially fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and partially fermented in new French oak barrels; which provide and complement the minerality of the wine. This process creates the perfect balance, which yields a refined sweetness with a vibrant freshness backed up by a high proportion of Sauvignon Blanc.
