We have been producing Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore for over thirty years, with the desire to fully express the potential of the territory and the innumerable nuances of our grapes.
Since we were born we have believed in the classic method for the production of Prosecco, being the first to recover a method that was widespread in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area until 1930 and was subsequently forgotten.
Today, we can proudly take you on a journey through different methods of vinification and sparkling wine of the Glera grape, to discover together that Prosecco can go beyond traditional interpretations.

A stylish, rich bouquet forefronts crisp notes of Golden Delicious apple, pear, and wisteria, and its overall quality is a superb balance between luscious aromas and tangy crispness.
With its luminous appearance, it releases a lively, dense bead of pin-point bubbles.
Outstanding as an aperitif wine, Miraval is also a magnificent partner to shellfish finger foods and antipasti, and it begs to be enjoyed with light risottos and Treviso?s traditional casatella cheese. It will show good development during the two years following the vintage date; if it is well stored, its nose and palate will grow in complexity even three years after harvest.

We strongly believe in the potential and versatility of the traditional grapes of our territory.
For this reason we have always been committed to the production of different interpretations of wines characterized by the presence of bubbles. Different declinations of a lively, sparkling or sparkling wine, with or without the base, classic method or Charmat method, capable of respecting the grapes and the territory, without renouncing to deal with something new.

We are also importers and distributors of small and precious wineries discovered over years of travel and tastings. From Champagne to the Bordeaux area, from Spain to Slavonia, we have selected the companies that have intrigued and excited us.
Our history is today intertwined with theirs, in a journey of discovery and knowledge that from our hills allows us to show you an even wider and more varied wine panorama.

We have structured all the work that has accompanied us in these 30 years of wine, travel, conviviality and hospitality on these principles.
Today, strengthened by our experience but always eager to scrutinize new horizons, we can tell you our idea of ??wine through the work we do every day and the attention we devote to vineyard management. Here's what we do, day by day:
- we do not use herbicides -
- we work the land and mow the grass -
- we recover pruning residues and reuse them for energy purposes -
- we maintain large areas of forest to protect biodiversity -
- we use recycled glass bottles and packaging materials from renewable sources -
- we progressively replace conventional roofs with green roofs to slow down stormwater runoff -
- we favor the use of heat pumps and natural gas for space heating -
- we use solar panels for the electricity we need -
For us, loving wine does not only mean producing it. It also means getting to know new realities that share a precise idea of ??wine with us.
